What is in a PANOPTES robotic telescope?

As I was working to build PAN006, my version of the PANOPTES robotic telescope design, I realized I had a bunch of questions about how all of the parts work together. To that end, I've written a page with what I've learned, PANOPTES Baseline System Description, which has now been added to the Project PANOPTES website. I hope it helps others.
